Why is this challenge completely free? What’s the catch?
There’s no catch. The goal is to provide real value and help men who need it. I want to show you that despite where your fitness is right now, you can reclaim the strength and energy of your younger years — or get life-changing results for the first time.
How much time do I really need to set aside each day?
Most days take just 15 to 20 minutes. A few sessions run longer — between 30 minutes and an hour — but nothing that won’t fit around a normal working day. One clear task per day, delivered to your phone each morning.
Do I need a gym membership or any equipment?
No gym required and no equipment needed. The challenge is built to work around your actual life, wherever you are.
I haven’t trained in years (or ever). Is this really for me?
Yes. The challenge was built for men who were once fit and have drifted away, but it’s also a great place to start if you’ve never really trained, or haven’t in a long time. The whole point is to prove that real progress is possible in 14 days, whatever your starting point.
I’m carrying an old injury or have a health condition. Can I still take part?
Always check with your GP before taking part in any physical activity if you have a health condition. If you have an injury that prevents you joining the training sessions, taking part in the three mindset sessions alone is still very worthwhile.
