Hi, I'm Adam.

I'm a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I built Higher Rep Health for one reason: to help men over 40 get strong, fit and confident again — without the guesswork or the gym-bro nonsense.

I've spent over a decade coaching people, and if there's one thing I've learned it's that getting started is the hardest part. Taking that first step — or getting back what you once had after a few years away — can feel daunting. That's exactly why I built The 40 Comeback Accelerator.
